Payroll Fees

We are reviewing our fees for payroll services and will be making an increase From 1st April 2025

All prices quoted are plus vat and billed on a Quarterly basis.

Pension processing costs

£35.00 To Set up Pension scheme.

£4.25   per employee processed for pensions.

£5.00   pension assessment fee per pay run

£17.00 per spreadsheet sent if not uploading on behalf of client.

£35.00 Reenrolment including declaration of compliance. (once every 3 Years)    

£5.00 Minimum Charge  

Payroll processing costs

£35.00 To set up payroll scheme.

£4.25   per payslip starter/ leaver/P60

£4.25   per person correction

£17.00 minimum charge per Month

£4.25 Per Person per payroll payrolling benefits

£ 170.00 Yearly payroll

£100.00 P11 processing per person   

Any other work instructed by client e.g. extra reports, costings, pay rises, LG pension and bank payment set up etc will be charged at £60.00 per hour.

CIS processing costs

£35.00 To set up CIS Scheme

£4.25 to set up a subcontractor (verify)

£6.50   Per for CIS Submission

£6.50   per CIS Suffered.

£4.25   per subcontractor

£12.00 per Nil Return

£40.00 CIS refund / offset against Corporation tax (IR form submitted to HMRC)

 

We run the payrolls on a weekly, fortnightly, four weekly or monthly basis, the charges remain the same.

For 25 employees that would be:

Payroll   £106.25

Pension £111.25

Total      £217.50 This is per pay run (week/Month)

Our new minimum fee for payroll up to 3 employees per month with no pensions is £22.00

Please note:  Any government funding for employees (furlough) is charge at £4.25 per person per week/month.

The prices quoted are for plain paper payslips emailed to your email address.

Specialised payslips e.g., self-seal payslips are available on request and charged at £1.50 per payslip.
